Its going to be a full summer of cooking, camping and enjoying this wonderful summer.
Here are some upcoming events:
June 30 I will be cooking up at Regenerative Design institute(regenerativedesign.org) for The University of Santa Monica Gathering. Lets see if those southern folks are willing to tell enough jokes for their pizza slices.
August 9-15 Phoenix fire in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This will be the first time I will be cooking for this gathering. It looks like an amazing event. www.firefamilygathering.org
August 22-September 3- Brazil Dance and Music Camp calbrazilcamp.com
In addition, I am gearing up to teach my fall culinary series out in bolinas. We will be having an entire day dedicated to apples(making hard cider, apple butter, apple pie, etc.), a full day dedicated to raising chickens, and a day learning how to make sausages. Stay tuned for more details.
