The olives I cured a year ago have come to fruition. They are, if I say so myself, quite excellent. Winter time for me brings the winter rains and….Mushrooms. Sonoma Mushroom Camp is coming up in the middle of January. I am looking forward to geeking out there. Winter brings reflection. I had a very active and busy summer/fall of adventure chefing and being out in the world. I have thrown out tons of stuff, and cleared and organized in every space in my house. For any new thing that comes in my house, I get let go of of at least 2 things.
